- Hydraulic control of the Euromount - allows you to change attachments without leaving the tractor cabin.

- Loading/unloading cargo of various types - piece, bulk and other types, with the possibility of transporting it over short distances;
- Stacking of straw and hay, including in rolls and stacks;

Main components of a backhoe loader
In order to turn an MTZ tractor into an excavator loader, the following basic equipment must be installed on it:
- Hydraulic motor. Connects to the tractor transfer case through a gearbox. Used to create the required pressure in the hydraulic system;
- A frame consisting of individual elements connected to each other by a hinge joint. Hydraulic cylinders are attached to the frame;
- Hydraulic cylinders are the main executive bodies of the hydraulic system;
- Hydraulic supports. When carrying out excavation work, they extend and provide the tractor with the necessary stability;
- Arrow. It is installed at the rear of the tractor, where the main hydraulic system is located;
- Front loading bucket. Attaches to a metal frame using a hinge joint;
- Rear excavator bucket. Attached to the boom.
Excavator loader based on MTZ 82
The basis of this vehicle was the MTZ 82. The hydraulic system of the front bucket (dozer blade) is connected to the hydraulic system of the vehicle. Lowering and raising the boom, turning it, changing the reach, extending the supports is carried out using an additional hydraulic system.
The EO 2626 excavator loader based on MTZ 82 is being manufactured (the enterprise was previously called the Zlatoust Excavator Plant). It features good mobility and precise handling.

Scope of application of the mounted front loader on MTZ 82
The front loader on the MTZ 82 allows you to solve the following tasks:
- Transportation of bulk working media (soil, sand, crushed stone, gravel, cement, etc.). In particular, when backfilling trenches.

The DEM 114 backhoe loader based on MTZ is a loading and unloading vehicle, where the MTZ 920 tractor can be used as a basis. Previously, when the MTZ-80 tractor was produced, it served as the basis for this excavator equipment.

Based on the MTZ 1221 tractor
The Zlatex company produces the EO 3626 backhoe loader based on the MTZ 1221. It is equipped with a jaw bucket and an excavator bucket, which has an offset digging axis. With the help of a jaw bucket, you can not only produce loading and unloading robots, but also work as a grader shovel. The use of an offset digging axis makes it possible to reduce the overall dimensions of the vehicle and reduce the turning radius.
EO 3626 has dimensions of 7000x3900x2600 mm. The total mass is 9000 kg. The maximum digging depth is 4250 mm from the parking level. The volume of the front loading bucket is 1 m³, the rear excavator bucket is 0.35 m³. The radius of the rear bucket is 5300 mm. The tractor is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system manufactured by BOSCH. The hydraulic motor has a capacity of 55 l/min.
Application of the MTZ 82 excavator
An excavator based on MTZ 82 is used for:
- loading and unloading operations in agriculture, construction, manufacturing. Mainly used for transshipment of bulk cargo;
- excavation work on soils from categories 1 to 4 (clay, salt marsh, loam, chernozem, other unfrozen soils);
- bulldozer work.
The areas of application of MTZ 82 are quite diverse. However, this technique is not suitable for all operating conditions.
Excavator loader based on the MTZ 1523 tractor
The backhoe loader based on the MTZ 1523 is one of the latest developments in the field of excavator equipment. The tractor is equipped with a powerful turbo-diesel engine D-260.1 with a power of 116 kW (155 hp).
The tractor is equipped with a BOSCH hydraulic system, with a reinforced hydraulic pump with a capacity of 60 l/min. The rear axle is equipped with a planetary gearbox and differential, with a built-in electro-hydraulic control system. In this case, a pressure of 200 kgf/cm is created in the system. The tractor is equipped with a 24x12 manual gearbox. The maximum speed of the tractor reaches 32 km/h.
Optional equipment
In addition to the main equipment, instead of a mounted excavator for the MTZ-80, 82, 92P, 1523, 1221 tractor, the following can be additionally installed:
- special narrow buckets for laying pipelines and cable routes;
- a ladle with teeth-raking agents;
- pallet forks;
- hydraulic hammer;
- grab.
