The PKU-0.9 loader (manufactured by AZAS) is designed to perform various agricultural work. In turn, it is also quite reliable. This loader certainly has a number of advantages, but you should know that quick release for working parts and unloading beams are not included in the standard package.

In terms of price category, PKU-09 is comparable to KUN “Standard”.

Universal loader "Universal 800".

The front loader Universal 800″ (manufactured by ) has a strong and reliable design. In terms of its technical characteristics, it is similar to KUN “Super” (manufactured by). Sheets of metal, thickness from 6 mm.

Let's get to work. First of all, we weld the mount to the engine and box of the tractor, reinforcing the structure with a steel angle, after which we make a metal bucket for our loader. We install the main racks using pipes with a diameter of 100 mm, for rods we use pipes of a smaller diameter - 50 mm. We install a three-section type hydraulic booster, increasing its mobility due to a steel pipe with a diameter of 30 mm, which should easily move back and forth inside the 50 mm pipe. Instead of fingers, you can use regular 30mm bolts, although this is not the best solution.

We attach a support pipe to the frame of the structure, connect the exposed racks to each other and further strengthen them with the help of “kerchiefs”. We install a special cylinder that will ensure rotation of the bucket, securing it on the right side.

That's all, the homemade front-end loader is ready.

Dimensions

In terms of dimensions, the clear leader is the mini loader. Many will say that dimensions do not play a significant role when clearing snow, but no. In current conditions, when the number of vehicles on the roads is growing every day, a mini loader will be able to clear the snow from the street more quickly. In addition, it is capable of cleaning sidewalks and parking lots where cars are parked.
