Logging-type lifts have become firmly established when working with various types of wells. This equipment is intended exclusively for professional use and complies with the main certification systems. Logging lifts

Logging lifting devices are a single complex, which includes the following elements:

  • registrar;
  • device for working inside a well;
  • system for immersing units into a well.

Purpose and features

Lifting devices are designed specifically for carrying out submersible work as part of borehole exploration. They are indispensable devices when carrying out blasting operations, when special cables covered with armored protective film are used.

Well logging lifts have the following features:

Device

The upward and downward movement of the cable occurs through appropriate guides and blocks. And the engine transmits impulse in the form of traction force to the winch.

The main elements of the logging lift are:

  1. A body in the production of which pipes made of high-strength metal with a rectangular cross-section are used. The body has a high level of thermal and sound insulation. It is divided into a working compartment and where the main controls are located.
  2. Attachments are mounted using bolted connections. Due to this, the time for assembly and disassembly of the structure is significantly reduced. The range of attachments is large and is selected taking into account the wishes of the buyer.
  3. Specially equipped places for transporting various elements using containers, boxes and cassettes.
  4. The rear ladder allows quick access to the winch compartment.
  5. All the furniture that is available in the department is not stationary, so its arrangement can be changed at the request of the buyer.

Non-self-propelled

Logging station lifts do not have a vehicle base and are of two types:

  • A sled that is moved by a towed vehicle or by air by helicopter. Containerized, which has electrical power.
  • Non-self-propelled lifts are distinguished by smooth movement of the lifting cable, high force, mechanical strength, stability, and the possibility of electrical power from an external unit.

PKS-2.5

The PKS-2.5 logging hoist is designed for carrying out tripping and hoisting operations during geophysical surveys in wells using armored cable or wire.

The chassis and drive type of the spa lift are at the Customer’s request.

The PKS-2.5 lift is manufactured according to TU 25-04.2733-80.

The non-self-propelled logging hoist PKN-3.5 is designed for carrying out hoisting operations during geophysical surveys and perforation and blasting operations in wells located in remote and hard-to-reach areas.

The lift is delivered to the work site by helicopter, for which the PKN-3.5 is equipped with a suspension system.

The PKN-3.5 lift is manufactured according to TU 25-1606.006-83 and is certified for operation in the territory of the EAEU Customs Union.

The PKN-3.5 lift uses an overload protection system: if the established limit values ​​of tension and/or cable lifting depth are reached, the engine clutch is automatically disconnected and the SPA brake is engaged. Short response time ensures the prevention of emergency situations.

For operation in low temperature conditions, the lift can be equipped with:

  • heating the battery;
  • heating the fuel intake, fuel line, fuel filter;
  • heated crankcase;
  • Autonomous engine pre-heater;
  • electric engine heater with an operating voltage of 220 V, built into the engine cooling system;
  • autonomous heater for the operator's compartment.

Self-propelled

Notes:

1. When lowering and lifting downhole tools in deep wells, the following coefficients are applied to time standards:

over 4000 m to 5000 m - 1.4;

over 5000 m to 6000 m - 1.6;

over 6000 m - 1.8

2. In the autumn-winter period, correction factors are applied to the time standards:

at temperatures below -5 °C to -20 °C - 1.17

below -20 °C - 1.34

In summer, when the outdoor temperature is above +35 °С, a correction factor of 1.17 is applied to time standards.

3. When lowering and lifting downhole tools through drilling or pump-compressor pipes to the time standards of paragraphs. 1 and 2, a correction factor of 1.5 is applied.

4. When lowering and lifting downhole tools in directional wells with an inclination angle of 25 - 45° to the time standards, except paragraphs. 9 and 10, a coefficient of 1.15 is applied: at inclination angles of more than 45°, as well as in complicated wells, the rate of run-up time is set on site.

5. When lowering and lifting instruments in a well filled with lime-bitumen or other viscous solutions, the following coefficients are applied to the time standards:

viscosity over 80 to 100 s - 1.2;

over 100 to 150 s - 1.5;

over 150 to 250 s - 2.0;

over 250 s - 2.5.

6. When lowering and lifting a formation tester on drilling and compressor pipes in directional wells with an inclination of 25° or more, a coefficient of 1.05 is applied to the time standards.

7. When lowering and lifting a formation tester into pump-compressor pipes without the use of an APR-2 type automatic machine, a coefficient of 1.2 is applied to the time standards.

8. When lowering and lifting the formation tester on pump and compressor pipes with a diameter of 89 mm, a coefficient of 1.3 is applied to the time standards.
