TLB-825

Maud. The TLB825 belongs to the second generation of backhoe loaders manufactured by Terex in Russia at the TVEX plant (Tver). They started releasing the mod first. TLB815.

TLB825 is a complete analogue of the mod in many respects. 820 and is positioned as a replacement for mod. TLB820.

Unlike fashion. 820, the new machine uses an open center hydraulic system using two gear hydraulic pumps. One pump may be switched off. Hydraulic system capacity – 142 l/min.

Classic excavator boom (not banana boom). The boom and carriage are fixed in the transport position with a button from the cab.

The axis of the front axle is capable of “swinging” (tilting in a vertical plane) by 16°. On both axles, planetary gearboxes are located outside, disc brakes are in an oil bath, with Kevlar pads. Disconnectable brakes for 2 or 4 wheels. The rear differential is 100% locked as standard.

To the advantages of mod. 825 also features high ground clearance, a powerful frame made of high-quality steel, and an additional counterweight of 120 kg can be installed upon request.

TLB840

Maud. The TLB840 has been produced since 2011. At the end of 2012, the machine was modernized: components and assemblies were modified. TLB840 will replace the mod. TLB820, which has already been discontinued, will also replace the mod to a certain extent. TLB860, which will be discontinued in the coming months.

The TLB840 is equipped with a Perkins (Tier 3) engine. Thanks to turbocharging with intercooling, the engine torque is greater than that of the mod. 820 and even mod. 860. Torque reserve – 31%.

There are two gearboxes to choose from: Syncro Shuttle and, as an option, Servo Syncro Power.

The cabin is in the same design as on the 2011 cars (and on model 890), there is an additional plastic panel on the cabin roof that improves thermal insulation in hot weather. The position of the steering column is adjustable for tilt and reach.

In the hydraulic system with two gear pumps, as part of the 2012 modernization, the excavator hoses were laid out more rationally. The steering wheel turning force has been reduced due to the use of a more powerful power steering cylinder. The machine has high maneuverability: the turning diameter is one of the smallest in its class.

The design of fastening the sliding plates of the telescopic excavator arm has been radically changed: to change the plates, it is enough to remove the hatch on the boom section. Hydraulic cylinders for turning the boom of a larger diameter are used, due to which the magnitude of the turning moment is increased by 57%, for example, for leveling the soil using an excavator boom.

Thanks to the modernized telescopic handle, the digging force of the excavator bucket is increased by 18%. The design feature of the telescopic handle is that it extends not the inner part, but the outer part, thanks to which the retraction force is increased by 22% compared to mod. 820 and 860. The so-called attachments are offered. “thumb”, which is attached by means of a hydraulic cylinder to a standard bucket, the bucket turns into a gripper with which you can lift logs.

Fixing the excavator carriage and excavator handle in the transport position is done with a button from the cab.

The diameter of the brake discs has been increased compared to mod. 820 and 860. The working surface of the brake discs is increased by 73%. The pressure on the brake pedal has been reduced by 41%.

The parking brake is powerful, multi-disc, oil-immersed, located inside the transmission and protected from damage and contamination. Allows you to hold the machine on a slope of 27°.
