Meet the GAZ 32213 car
Despite the fact that Gazelle has not been officially produced since 2010, an entire army of semi-trucks, flatbed trucks, refrigerators, ambulances, fire trucks and other special vehicles will be built on its basis for a long time. They will build, if not in Nizhny Novgorod, then somewhere else. And no matter what the car is called, it will still be the same Gazelle, call it Next, or Business. The modification of GAZ 32213 is also called modestly - Gazelle Business Lux. In a word, Sprinter was offended and left.
GAZ 32213, the technical characteristics of which we have given on the page, does not have such a simple history and not such a simple fate as it seems. Frankly speaking, it got the name “Lux” not so much for its luxury qualities as for its length of service, since, in principle, this is an ordinary normal passenger minibus with 13 seats. It differs from the “non-luxury” version, GAZ 3221, only in a modified interior layout and seats with high backs. The bus has been produced since 1996, however, every year it receives more and more new goodies.
Engine characteristics
The light-duty bus 322132 is built on the chassis of the GAZ-2705 van, but the technical characteristics of the models differ. The newer generation vehicle inherited the suspension and body elements from this van. However, changes were made to the design of the engines.
The GAZ 322132 minibus has two modifications, which differ from each other in the types of installed engines. The first of them is a domestically produced unit, the second is a foreign one. In the basic configuration, Gazelle 32213 received a fairly good power mechanism, the power of which is 106.8 hp. With. The gasoline engine, which runs on 4 cylinders, fully meets European environmental standards. In order to cover 100 km, the car will need a little more than 11 liters.
The diesel engine, which also runs on 4 cylinders, differs from the gasoline engine in the presence of a special air cooling system. With a power of 120 hp. With. it consumes approximately 10.3 liters per 100 km. The cars are equipped with a five-speed manual transmission. The braking system is represented by drum and disc mechanisms. The GAZ 332213 minibus is capable of speeds of up to 115 km/h.
GAZ 32213 increased comfort, modifications
The GAZ 32213 bus, for example, in 2003 received a modernized ventilation system and an improved stove. In 2005, an anti-lock braking system appeared in the car's design, and if the customer wants, a high roof will be installed at the factory. Engine
GAZ 322132 inherited the line of power units from the GAZ 32213 model. The most popular modification on the domestic market is the modification with the ZMZ-40524 gasoline engine. This 4-cylinder unit is characterized by increased reliability and has an electronically controlled distributed injection system. Characteristics of the ZMZ-40524 engine:

Versions with the foreign Chrysler 2.4L-DOHC gasoline unit were slightly less popular. It was installed in modifications 322133-748 and 322132-718. This power plant had distributed fuel injection, 4 cylinders and a 16-valve timing mechanism. The engine in the line of Gas 322132 units was considered the most economical and environmentally friendly. Chrysler 2.4L-DOHC engine parameters:

Fuel consumption
The minibus has low fuel consumption. Outside the city the figure is about 11 l/100 km, in the city – 12-13 l/100 km. The fuel tank capacity is 70 liters.

Salon GAZ 32213
Since this is still a passenger car, we’ll start our research from the interior. All versions of GAZ 32213 received a non-slip floor covering. There will be no linoleum now. At the factory they praise it, they say that it washes well, withstands temperature changes well (with a new stove, of course), does not slip and almost does not get dirty. Its color, frankly speaking, is not very passenger-friendly, but oh well, the interior designers from Nizhny know better.
All seats in the cabin are completely new. They are purchased from Sotex. The design of the seat has a frame base, but not metal, but plastic, box-shaped. The seat upholstery, as they again say at the factory, has an anti-vandal coating. This is not entirely clear. Why carry vandals in a luxury Gazelle? But vandals can be restrained because each seat has a retractable seat belt. Among the innovations, a new hatch was installed in the roof, which does not leak. Everything in the cabin.
Chauffeur luxury
To put it in a really rich way, the driver's seat and the front passenger seat can have a German-made personal air conditioner, but it is installed in the Luxury package. Also, for the most expensive configuration, it is planned to install a CD player with the ability to connect an MP3 player. The steering wheel can now be called multifunctional, because it has almost complete control not only over the road, but also over the volume of the CD player. And the engineers from Nizhny finally decided to finish it off by installing an electric window regulator on the most luxurious version.
From a technical point of view, the car has not changed. The only changes affected the body, and it is difficult to verify how true this is. All changes are hidden under a layer of paint. The factory claims that all body panels are now galvanized on both sides. Moreover, even the rear door hinges were galvanized. Also, the thickness of the primer layer has increased several times and drainage holes have finally been provided to drain condensate from the cavities.
The engines are still the same, fuel consumption is 16.9 liters per hundred in road mode, but this is hardly true. Gas consumption, if HBO is installed, is about 22 liters, depending on the quality of the gas and equipment settings. In a word, progress got lost somewhere far away in the Volga steppes, leaving the new Gazelle with only a nano-coating on the floor. Which doesn't slip. Happy travels to everyone!
