The CLG 777A backhoe loader produced by LiuGong is structurally similar to one of the most popular models in the world - the JCB-3CX. However, it is not a complete copy; the Chinese model uses a different engine and transmission, and a number of other components.
Peculiarities
The installed diesel engine, manufactured under license from the German company Deutz, is reliable and equipped with a system to facilitate starting at low temperatures.
The CLG 777A backhoe loader is built on an all-wheel drive chassis with wheels of different sizes mounted on the front and rear axles. The front wheels are steerable. Both axles and transmission are made in Italy and are of high quality.

The ability to use a telescopic boom instead of a standard one expands the range of action of the excavator unit, allowing you to load vehicles even with high sides.

The latter option is designed for removing dry, wet or freshly fallen snow, as well as compacted snowdrifts. LiuGong CLG 920 is equipped with an ergonomic cabin with large interior space. FOPS and ROPS safety systems are used to protect the operator and the entire machine. An additional advantage of the cabin is a panoramic view, while the glass does not transmit ultraviolet radiation (manufactured by Triplex). To make the operator as comfortable as possible, an adjustable steering column and seat are installed. Electrical and lighting
For high-quality illumination of the work site, four front and four rear lights are provided. This allows you to work at any time of the day. The wiring in the Liugong 777 loader has been improved compared to the previous model; it is made of wires with a larger cross-section, which does not allow them to heat up under load. The safety block is located directly in the operator's cab. In the event of a short circuit, the main relay immediately switches off the entire system.
