Parking brake MTZ-1221
The tractor is equipped with a double-disc dry parking brake of a reduced size (178 mm in diameter), attached to the right service brake housing. The brake discs (5) (Fig. 1) are installed on the splines of the shaft (3), located inside the shaft of the right final drive drive gear, connected to the rear axle differential spider.
