Domestic front loaders PK-65 are powerful mining machines widely used in construction and road work. By the way, the PK-65 was designed in just one year. Comparing it with two earlier models of the Proffi line (PK-30 and PK-46), you can see that it has more substantial dimensions and weight, a larger bucket and a more powerful diesel engine. The design has changed for the better, the design of the handrails and wings has changed. The reinforced frame required the use of durable German axles and transmission (Zonrad Fabrilc).

Purpose

The main task of the PK-65 is to unload and load all kinds of materials. These are, for example, dry and wet sand, asphalt, gravel, clay, coal, fertilizers and agricultural products.

The loader copes well with metal shavings, wood chips, and stones. Reliable components and parts guarantee trouble-free operation in any conditions and with any materials.

This machine is also actively used for a variety of earthmoving work. For example, if you need to backfill a shaft, dig a trench, or remove a pile of earth or gravel. Thanks to its more compact dimensions than, say, an excavator, a front loader is more maneuverable, allowing it to work in tight spaces.

Comfortable and modern cabin

Fan A two-mode supply and exhaust fan with adjustable air flow distribution provides the desired comfortable working conditions for the operator at the driver's seat.

Device

The unit is equipped with an eight-cylinder YaMZ diesel engine with a power of 240 horsepower and a displacement of 14.86 liters. The ZF 4WG-210 4 hydromechanical transmission is equipped with a drive to both axles. The front axle of the ZF MT-L3105 has a rigid mount, since loading equipment rests on it. The rear axle ZF MT-L3095 has a hinged mount. The large axle ratio relieves the load on other transmission parts. Gear shifting is electro-hydraulic type. When moving forward, the loader can develop one of four speeds, and when moving backwards, one of three.

When stopping, mechanical brakes operate, while driving - hydraulic. The attachments are controlled by a servo hydraulic drive - for this there is an eight-position joystick in the driver's cabin. Frame hydraulic cylinders are used to turn the machine. The maximum pressure in the hydraulic system is 17(+5) MPa. The hydraulic system is equipped with a special device that automatically returns the bucket down (to the digging position) from the upper unloading position. It is worth noting that all hydraulics are of very high quality (Danish and Italian).

The driver's cabin has a high level of comfort. It is sealed, equipped with ROPS/FOPS protection, a reversible supply and exhaust fan with two modes, and heating. The increased air pressure created prevents water and dust from getting inside. If necessary, the glass on the right door opens.

Inside the cabin there is a seat equipped with seat belts on PILOT springs, which helps reduce vibration. Gas stops on the doors make them open and close smoothly. The cabin is quite quiet - the noise level is no more than 78 decibels.

The steering column (which can be adjusted by tilting) is equipped with instruments that monitor vehicle health indicators. These are the temperature and pressure of the engine and transmission oil, coolant temperature, air filter contamination level, on-board voltage, battery charge, number of engine hours, fuel level, engine speed. For servo-hydraulic control of all working elements, a single joystick (handle) is used, depending on the inclination of which the speed of movement of the bucket or other attachments changes.

The lighting system is also controlled from the steering column, including two rear lights and four front lights, as well as side and turning lights, and a lamp on the cabin ceiling. The on-board voltage is 24 volts. It is supplied by two batteries of 12 volts each. The battery can be disconnected, for which there is a special switch.

Operator's workplace

Monitoring and measuring instruments for the condition of the main components and lighting control are located on the steering column.

The control of the working bodies is proportional servo-hydraulic, carried out by a joystick - an eight-position handle. The angle of inclination of the handle affects the speed of movement of the working parts.

The modern PILOT seat is vibration-insulated, provides comfort, and reduces fatigue. The operator's seat meets all the requirements of European standards.
