Tractor Volvo FH 2015 Euro-6

Used Volvo tractors

"Company STT-Auto" offers to buy used Volvo tractors, which are distinguished by high quality and reliability.
At your disposal is a large catalog of trucks at an affordable cost. Buyers can choose from trucks that vary in load capacity and technical characteristics, as well as in year of manufacture. The Swedish concern Volvo Group is one of the world leaders in the manufacture of heavy trucks. The first examples of Volvo trucks rolled off the assembly line back in the 1920s, after which the company began to consistently develop and gain its place in the market. The manufacturer's headquarters is located in Sweden, but design and production centers are now located throughout the world. Currently, the brand is represented in more than 130 countries around the world, in which the automaker has its own representative offices and service centers. More than 1,000 dealerships handle sales worldwide. Maintenance is carried out by about 1,800 service centers located in different countries.

In addition to the website, available models with prices can be viewed in our Avito online store and Instagram group.

The manufacturer produces primarily heavy-duty commercial vehicles with a load capacity exceeding 16 tons. New Volvo tractors occupy the second position in the world market in terms of production volume, more than 100,000 vehicles are sold annually at an affordable price. Almost half of sales come from Western Europe, more than a third from America.

My Dagestan

The heavy truck market is experiencing a period of global renewal: in anticipation of the introduction of Euro 6 environmental requirements in Europe, which will come into force on January 1, 2014, leading manufacturers are changing flagship models one after another. Six out of seven have already refreshed their model range, the rest have so far limited themselves to modernizing their cars. Not all of them will soon reach our country, but the appearance of some “Europeans” of the next generation is not years away, but months.

Both in engineering and material terms, the transition from Euro-5 to Euro-6 was not easy. More stringent regulations require a reduction in the content of nitrogen oxides NOx in the exhaust gases by more than four times, from 2 to 0.46 g/kW, and emissions of soot particles by three times, from 0.3 to 0.1 g/kW. But legislators did not stop there. They require that engines meet new standards for at least seven years or 700 thousand kilometers. In the future, regulatory authorities will even begin to conduct random checks... It is not surprising that members of the so-called European “G7” of heavy truck manufacturers introduced their new products to the market in anticipation of the introduction of Euro 6: some a little earlier, some a little later.

Mercedes-Benz Actros IV.

The leader in the production of commercial vehicles, Daimler AG, was the first to update its flagship: its Mercedes-Benz Actros IV launched in the summer of 2011. Among the promising G7 models, it turned out to be the most expensive development - the cost of its creation amounted to 1 billion euros!

The new German flagship has economical engines with output of 421, 449, 476 and 510 hp. and maximum torque from 2100 to 2500 Nm, robotic 8- or 12-speed PowerShift 2 transmission with “creeping gear” and free swing mode, engine brake with a power of 544 hp. and the spacious top version of the GigaSpace cab with an internal height of 2130 mm. Compared to Euro-5 engines, the specific fuel consumption of Euro-6 engines is reduced by 3%, and AdBlue consumption is reduced by 40%. Oil change intervals in combination with the FleetBoard system reach 150 thousand km.

The German flagship is produced in Volumer and Loader versions. The first is optimized for extremely low seat height (880 mm) and maximum loading volume, the second is optimized for payload and autonomy (fuel tanks with a volume of up to 990 liters are mounted on it).

Along with the latest safety systems, a unique third-generation brake assistant, Active Brake Assist 3, can be installed on board the Mercedes-Benz Actros IV. Reacting to stationary obstacles along the route, it can brake to a complete stop without driver intervention. This helps prevent accidents and, in the event of a collision, minimize the consequences.

The Actros IV has a new PRS driver assistance system - Predictive Powertrain Control. Based on topographic GPS navigation data, it regulates speed and braking through gearbox control. For example, it prevents upshifting before going uphill and pre-shifts downshifting before going downhill.

Mercedes-Benz Actros IV is assembled in Werth, and there are no prerequisites for it to be marked “made in Russia”: the assembly plant in Naberezhnye Chelny is not ready for this. And the management of Daimler AG will not put its reputation on the line by releasing the latest trucks into the Russian open spaces and exposing engines sensitive to fuel quality to the risk of breakdowns. In general, the new Actros is not about us yet. But it will definitely appear in Russia, although not as soon as we would like.

Mercedes-Benz Actros IV with the most comfortable Giga Space cabin. About a third of Old World carriers prefer to purchase it with a 6-cylinder in-line Euro 6 engine with a capacity of 238-510 hp. Unfortunately, the model is not yet supplied to Russia, and the main reason is the low quality of domestic fuel.

Iveco Stralis Hi-Way.

The world premiere of the Italian flagship Iveco Stralis Hi-Way took place a year later than the German one. Unlike the previous generation model, it is planned to be produced not in Germany, but in Spain.

Of the 300 million euros invested in the creation of the Stralis Hi-Way, more than half was invested in the development of a family of Euro 6 engines without the use of EGR - the selective exhaust gas cleaning system is called Hi-eSCR. Due to the use of “green” filters, the cost of maintenance has been reduced by 7%, and an additional year of factory warranty has appeared. Compared to its predecessor, fuel consumption in a comparable configuration is reduced by almost 2%. The reduction in the total cost of ownership of Stralis Hi-Way with an annual mileage of 130 thousand km over four years is about 4%.

The Hi-Way cabin with an internal volume of over 10 m3 has a 3% reduced aerodynamic drag coefficient and a lower noise level. The headlights are equipped with LED DRL running lights and xenon headlights. An optional parking air conditioner is installed on the roof, operating for up to eight hours even when the engine is off. Like its competitors, it has a Driving Style Evaluation system.

The engine is a Cursor FPT Industrial in-line six, which uses centralized Common-Rail injection instead of pump injectors. Modifications with a working volume of 8, 10 or 13 l comply with Euro-5 standards, and modifications with a working volume of 9, 11 or 13 l comply with Euro-6 standards. Eight varieties of diesel engines with a power of 310-560 hp are available to customers, plus three options from 270 to 330 hp running on natural gas. The power of the built-in Super Engine Brake is increased by 30%.

Volvo FH 4th generation.

The fourth generation Volvo FH was supposed to debut at the end of 2011. Then the premiere was scheduled for the beginning of 2012, and the actual showing to specialists and the press took place only in September. The new model began to be imported to Russia in the spring of 2013, and it certainly will not yet be assembled at the Volvo Trucks plant in Kaluga.

The I-Torque power line of the Swedish flagship includes a 13-liter 460-horsepower Euro 6 engine and a new I-Shift dual-clutch automatic transmission, saving up to 4% on fuel. Compared to the current Euro 5 engine, nitrogen oxide emissions are reduced by 80% and particulate matter by almost half. I-See software has been developed for the automatic transmission, which stores information about the terrain and uses it in the operation of the engine, gearbox and braking system when retracing the route. Thanks to automatic gear shift control, fuel consumption on inclines is reduced. When combined with other fuel-saving components, such as a switchable air compressor, fuel consumption is reduced by up to 10%. In terms of a long-haul tractor per year, this amounts to about 4,100 liters of diesel fuel.

The main trump card of the new product is the optional independent front suspension IFS with rack and pinion steering. Thanks to it, the car's behavior on the road becomes more controlled, stable and predictable. True, for Russian “directions” such a technical innovation is not yet relevant, but for European autobahns it is what is needed.

The interior of the new cabin of the fourth generation Volvo FH has become larger by a cubic meter. The driver has an additional 300 liters of storage space at his disposal. At the same time, a version with a flat floor never appeared - even in the most comfortable cabin, the engine tunnel protrudes at least a little. But the place to rest has become better: the width of the sleeping shelf has been increased to 815 mm, and a new mattress is used on it.

DAF XF Euro 6.

The Dutch DAF XF Euro 6 went into production in the spring of 2013. In addition to the updated exterior and interior, the car received a new cab suspension and rear axle, enhanced protection for frequently damaged elements, service intervals increased to 150 thousand km, a semi-automatic ZF AS-Tronic transmission with EcoRoll and Fast Shift functions, and new final drive ratios. The EcoRoll function switches the gearbox to neutral on small slopes, allowing you to save up to 1% of fuel, Fast Shift makes it possible to change gears from 11th to 12th without disengaging the clutch.

Service life of the new PACCAR MX-13 Euro-6 engines with 410, 460 and 510 hp. is 1.6 million km. An integrated 500 kW Intarder 3 transmission brake is available as an option. A new steering mechanism, a lighter top spoiler, a different arrangement of chassis elements, unbreakable Lexan glass for the front and fog lights, a galvanized steel bumper - there is a lot of new in the design of the car!

The floor of the new cabin is 3 cm higher, but the Super Space Cab has a ceiling height of 2.25 m, and its volume of 12.6 m3 remains the largest in its class. The brake pedal was made suspended, the length of the lower bunk was increased to 2.2 m, and its width was 70 cm behind the seats and 80 cm in the middle part. The steering wheel can be tilted up to 45 degrees and height adjusted within a range of 80 mm.

The new flagship reflects innovations under the Advanced Transport Efficiency (ATe) program aimed at reducing operating costs. In particular, the Driver Performance Assistant, included as standard, evaluates the driver's performance and braking performance. The central display displays recommendations to switch to a higher gear and avoid idling for long periods of time.

The standard equipment of the new flagship is the VSC stability control system, which prevents the road train from folding and overturning. Options include ACC adaptive cruise control and FCW forward collision warning system. From 2013, the upgraded AEBS emergency braking system will be available to customers. Customers receive an integrated DAF Truckphone, and an anti-burglary and theft protection system is also offered, complete with a gas detector.

MAN TGX Facelift.

It’s hard to imagine the 2007 debutant MAN TGX being written off just five years after the start of mass production: instead, the model was restyled in 2012. Moreover, the updated trucks are available not only to European, but also to Russian carriers.

The company has made significant progress in its work on Euro 6 engines: fuel consumption levels correspond to those of Euro 5 with SCR, and AdBlue consumption has been reduced by half. Service intervals have not been reduced: for long-haul transportation they are 120 thousand km. The new generation of “Lviv” is equipped with 6-cylinder in-line diesel engines D20 and D26 of Euro-6 level with a power of 360-480 hp, a 12-speed TipMatic automated transmission or a 16-speed ZF “mechanics”. Both “boxes” can be used with a hydraulic retarder.

To increase the volume of fuel tanks, the layout of the frame elements has been changed. AdBlue containers have become more compact, and the transportable fuel supply allows you to cover a distance of up to 3,800 km without refueling. Transport efficiency is a MAN philosophy, which is also embodied in the Euro 6 TGX EfficientLine. It has been confirmed by numerous tests, in which fuel consumption in real operating conditions with a full load was about 28.7 l/100 km. Compared to standard vehicles, the fuel efficiency of this tractor is approximately 3 l/100 km higher.

Scania R-Series.

The brilliant debutant of the past has not yet seen a successor, and there is an explanation for this: “They do not seek good from good.” Analysts believe that Scania is getting dark with the release of the new model. Representatives of the Swedish company have not commented on when and how radically the flagship, which was restyled in 2010, will be updated.

The Scania R is equipped with 8- and 12-speed gearboxes, but one of the main advantages of the Swedish Erka is the fully automated Scania Opticruise transmission. Together with Scania Driver Support, it helps reduce fuel consumption and overall costs and is available with either an automatic clutch or a classic pedal clutch.

Comfort is another strong point of the R-series. Suffice it to say that the sleeping place mattress uses spring blocks 155 mm long, made by the best furniture makers in Scandinavia. Carriers love the signature style of Swedish heavy trucks, as well as their excellent practicality. This applies to comfortable Topline cabs with a flat floor and fuel tanks with a capacity of up to 1500 liters, maintainability of components and much more. The Swedes also have their own efficiency improvement program - Ecolution, which allows them to reduce fuel consumption by up to 10-15%.

By the way, Scania introduced Euro 6 engines earlier than other European heavy truck manufacturers - back in the summer of 2011. At first, only two 13-liter engines with 440 and 480 hp were available to carriers. with EGR exhaust gas recirculation system and SCR converter using AdBlue. And this year Scania showed 9-liter Euro-6 engines with 250-360 hp. They are unlikely to appear on the flagship Erke, since they are intended for the P- and G-series. These engines comply with Euro 6 standards using SCR, without using the EGR system, which is very sensitive to fuel quality. If progress continues to advance actively in this direction, Euro 6 will become a reality in Russia, and not in the sky-high, but in the foreseeable future.

Renault T.

Renault T has been produced by the French company Renault Trucks since 2013. It replaced the Renault Magnum family.

When creating the new truck, all customer wishes were taken into account; the first prototype went for testing in 2010. The company has years and millions of kilometers covered in extreme conditions. Strict quality control at every stage of design: body, cabin, engine, gearbox and electronics. All vehicle functions were tested and operations were repeated thousands of times to ensure that all components of the truck were completely reliable and functioned flawlessly.

At the peak of the financial crisis, the French invested 2 billion euros in the project. A huge amount of work has been done. So what kind of Renault T is it?

As the advertising slogan, born simultaneously with the new “Renault Truck” line, assures us, “Truck is the source of profit”! And here you can’t argue with the French, read Swedes.

The current owner of the Renault Trucks brand is Volvo. And the Swedes with their FH have long been included in the premium segment, if this term is generally applicable to commercial vehicles. And it seems to me that by acquiring French assets, Gothenburg set the task of expanding its presence across the entire price range, while maintaining consistently high quality. After all, no matter what they say, Renault trucks are destined for the fate of workhorses in the Volvo Group stable.

A choice of 11- or 13-liter V6 DTI 11 turbodiesel with 380/430/460 hp is installed. or DTI 13 with 440/480/520 hp Euro 6 standard. The new Renault T is equipped with an automatic 12-speed Optidriver+ transmission. The front suspension is on parabolic springs or air springs, the rear suspension is pneumatic, with ECS electronic control. Disc brakes on all wheels are controlled by the Full EBS system with ABS and ESP directional stability.

Located above the engine, the stylish, sporty and aerodynamic cabin has 4 variants, with external/internal heights of up to 2.5/1.9 m.

In the new Renault T cabin, the designers managed to create that rare combination of spaciousness and comfort. The driver has everything necessary to ensure his own comfort during long flights. And here it would not be amiss to note that exactly such cabins will be produced by the plant in Kaluga. Volvo Group is the only manufacturer from the Big Seven that comes to Russia with advanced technologies and the latest developments. The domestic plant will produce the most modern cars, and not outdated ones that have been produced in Europe.
