Maintenance TO-30
To extend the service life and ensure normal operation of the machine, regular maintenance is necessary. The cooling system of the forklift engine is filled with soft water in summer and antifreeze in winter. Periodically change the anti-wear hydraulic oil in the transmission, torque converter and hydraulic oil tank. Mineral brake fluid must be changed once a week. Once every 3 months it is necessary to change the transmission oil, and it is recommended to lubricate all moving parts at least once a week.

What can I tell you about him?
The LiuGong CPCD30 loader is made in China. Diesel. The carrying capacity according to the passport is three tons, but I loaded and unloaded it, and I was on it, and more. Automatic transmission.
I worked on a LiuGong CPCD30 at a wholesale household chemicals warehouse and had to unload and load a lot of trucks. The loader is very nimble and nimble. I easily maneuvered it, with a load, between cars and racks. What helped me in this was the small size of the loader, the location of the steering wheels, which are located in the rear of the loader, and the hydraulic power steering wheel. The loader practically turns around on the spot. Also, LiuGong CPCD30 quickly lifts the load and picks up speed. All this allowed me to unload and load trucks in a short time. Between ourselves, the guys and I called the LiuGong CPCD30 loader “Shustrik”.
While working on this loader I had no problems with it.
For warehouses, I think the LiuGong CPCD30 forklift is the most convenient.

At the end of 2012, I bought myself a Chinese forklift, LiuGong brand.
Diesel loader, lifting 3 tons, automatic transmission.
I still can't believe it's still working! I have already accumulated over 5000 motorcycle hours. And no damage. I only changed the bearings on the bridge, the rollers on the carriages and 2 hoses.

Controls and working bodies
The steering mechanism of the Amkodor 332C4 front loader is carried out using a hydraulic drive with feedback.

In any case, the advantage remains with the Amkodor 332C4, since it is possible to install a bucket with a capacity of 3 m³, which significantly exceeds the capabilities of the Chinese competitor.
- For Amkodor 332C4, the standard unloading height is 2800 mm, and the maximum height reaches 5000 mm with attachments. LIUGONG CLG 836 and XСMG LW300KH again give victory to the Belarusian loader, because they do not have the opportunity to install such attachments, nor to lift and collect so many cubes of soil so high.
Comparison of these important characteristics determines the Amkodor 332C4 as the most efficient and productive model. In addition, numerous reviews of Chinese attachments say that special buckets are not only smaller in volume than standard ones, but also inferior in strength, since the teeth of the buckets quickly wear out and subsequently fall off.
The front-mounted Amkodor 332C4 has established itself as a station wagon with a wide range of applications. The loader owes this advantage to its replaceable attachments. In addition to the basic bucket, the tractor can be equipped with other buckets with different capacities, types and sizes of cutting edges, as well as dumps and a blockless crane boom.

What Chinese manufacturers are keeping silent about
Let's start from the very beginning, namely the climatic conditions of Russia and the Celestial Empire itself. Both countries are characterized by a pronounced change of seasons and different amplitudes of temperature and precipitation, depending on the location of the region. Just look at the monsoon rains and typhoons in China. Chinese farmers, accustomed to such disasters, are forced to maintain their equipment under special sheds if they do not have a special fleet of vehicles. In Russia, as is known, in any season, equipment is stored where it was placed. Typhoons and floods do not threaten us, and there is no need to overpay for the storage of our mentality. It is not worth reminding that Chinese goods have long had a bad reputation for being of low quality and wearable materials, and this is not without reason. Loaders are no exception here. Western technology, in our climatic conditions and taking into account its keeping in the open air, simply rots.
Engine and engine compartment
The Amkodor 332C4 is equipped with a reliable four-stroke piston six-cylinder engine with the internal combustion principle D-260.2, with a displacement of 7.12 liters and running on diesel fuel. The unit is equipped with a cooling system and gas turbine supercharging, which makes it possible to produce up to 130 hp, producing about 500 Nm of torque, which is more than enough for long-term operation at high loads. At the same time, the engine tries to save fuel as much as possible.
LIUGONG CLG 836 and XСMG LW300KH are not superior in their characteristics, but are not inferior to the Belarusian diesel engine. Although, in order to save money, many Chinese cars are equipped with cheap Yuchai-type engines, which is directly related to the domestic sales market. Whereas Amkodor loaders are equipped with powerful Minsk engines, which have already won trust around the world.
The location of the internal organs of the Amkodor 332C4 provides unhindered access from either side to the engine and 2 hydraulic pumps. By the way, the powerful wings of the wheels will serve as a good support when servicing organs. I was also pleased with the convenient location of the filler necks for all types of hydraulic systems. In comparison, for example, with LIUGONG CLG 836, the Belarusian has an advantage here, since in a Chinese loader access to the main components is very limited, and in order to get to the automatic transmission filter you will have to disassemble the lion's share of the loader.
Chinese loaders: leading positions in the Russian market
Warehouse equipment produced in the Celestial Empire feels more and more comfortable in domestic spaces. This has a simple explanation: the products of Chinese manufacturers have decent technical parameters, comparing favorably with European, Japanese and American analogues at an optimal price. Small-sized loaders are in high demand and are successfully used for:
- movement of goods across the territory of warehouse complexes;
- carrying out excavation work;
- performing cleaning operations;
- soil compaction;
- well drilling;
- etc.
Leading Chinese brands represent high-tech products on the Russian market.
