Front loader WL56 from JOHN DEERE: workhorse or Kalashnikov assault rifle?
We have long been looking for a solution to give the market a decent car , with premium quality, but at an attractive price for most buyers. And now we found it! We take as a basis the many years of experience of John Deere who know how to create reliable , indestructible power plants for construction machines, select the most popular and in demand type of machine - and get the source code of the problem. The market needs a super reliable Construction class front loader with a bucket capacity of 3.1 cubic meters. m, at a price not exceeding 3,860,000 rubles. A car that will fill the need for a niche between the premium class and China.
To achieve this, the American corporation John Deere opened its own plant in China, reducing production costs while maintaining 100% American quality. What happened in the end? A front loader was born under the laconic name Wl56 , worthy of the name John Deere, with a capital letter. The WL56 loader was created using advanced technologies and in accordance with American quality standards , while it was designed specifically for Russia in order to satisfy the needs of our customers for high-quality and affordable equipment. No glamorous curves, perfect straight lines are a sign of perfection and precision. Whoever knows, understands: the main thing is not the decoration and rounding of the wings and hood, glazing and dashboard, the main thing is practicality, reliability, service life, and simply “indestructibility” and reliability.
A machine that works like a horse , day and night, bringing its owner benefits in everything: in the fact that he owns equipment under the John Deere brand; that his car is cheaper than many other brands as famous as John Deere; the fact that the machine has low operating costs, high productivity and a huge resource; and what is very important - the benefit is that the Universal-Special Equipment provides premium service 24 hours a day. John Deere's 175-year experience in the production and maintenance of equipment is a guarantee of quality for the Russian buyer, and the well-known official dealer on the market, Universal-Spetstekhnika, will always ensure the availability of spare parts and prompt support.
recipe is simple: we took design solutions proven over decades as a basis, removed all unnecessary things, left only 100% functionality - the unit should work and not break. A front-end loader is a cyclical machine : it drives up, fills the bucket with as much bulk material as possible, delivers it to the dump truck body in the shortest possible time with minimal spillage of material from the bucket, quickly and accurately unloads it – and repeats the loading operation again. Only our machine is ready to perform these operations again and again, indefinitely. Refuel, do scheduled maintenance, and grind, grind... like a Kalashnikov assault rifle! Yes, we had to remove some comfort options , some “glamor” - all this to please our client, to reduce the price, without sacrificing quality. Premium reliability at a reasonable price.
A few words about
the technical characteristics of the machine: the WL56 loader with a lifting capacity of five tons has a net power of 160 kW (214 hp) and is equipped with a powerful John Deere PowerTech™ engine , as well as reinforced axles and brakes. The ZF smooth-shifting four-speed transmission is based on half a century of experience developing advanced transmission technology for construction equipment. The high performance hydraulic system combined with the frame design provides the highest breakout force in its class.
The spacious , comfortable cabin is equipped with a rollover resistant structure (ROPS) and a fall-over protection structure (FOPS), and the seat is comfortable, adjustable, and has a headrest. To maintain productivity over long shifts, the loader is controlled using a joystick. The WL56 does not require complex and costly maintenance - service doors provide easy access to service points and filters for quick daily checks. Thus, and these are not just words: the WL 56 loader exceeds the standards for its class of equipment in terms of reliability, functionality and convenience.
Initially, it was planned to make the machine as ascetic as possible, it was understood, for example, that the lack of air conditioning would be taken for granted: after all, this is a “workhorse” at an affordable price, forklift operators are strong-willed people, they will not be scared by either the heat or the scorching heat. But time has shown that air conditioning is no longer a luxury , and a wide range of our customers prefer to have a comfort option as a basic option. John Deere, without thinking twice, decided to make a gift to the brand’s followers and all those who are still looking at it. Now the basic equipment of the machine includes an air conditioner installed at the factory by default - without increasing the price of the machine itself! John Deere can afford it, we value our customers and their choice, it’s reliable and comfortable with us !
WELCOME ABOARD!
