Description

KS-55713-5K - functionality on an all-terrain vehicle

The crane installation is mounted on a three-axle special crane chassis of an all-terrain vehicle, model KamAZ-43118.

Indispensable when used in hard-to-reach places, during the construction of oil and gas pipelines, field development, where completely off-road conditions are the norm.

A large support contour, a circular work area, a lightweight three-section boom, additional equipment with a jib with variable tilt geometry, the ability to work in cramped conditions, a special crane chassis, the KamAZ-43118 all-terrain vehicle - all this ensures the functionality and performance of this model of truck crane.

Actuator drive

The crane installation is driven by an axial piston hydraulic pump, which is driven by the engine of the base vehicle through a gearbox and an additional power take-off.

The crane mechanisms have an individual drive with independent control from hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders.

The hydraulic system, based on imported components, allows for easy and smooth control of crane mechanisms with a wide range of speed control for working operations and the ability to simultaneously combine any crane operations.

Boom and telescoping system

A three-section telescopic boom with a length of 9-21 meters in the retracted position provides the crane with compactness and maneuverability when moving, and in the extended position it provides a wide working area and a greater height of movement of the load during operation.

The ability to telescope a boom with a load on a hook allows the crane to perform special tasks: installing loads in hard-to-reach places, carrying them among mounted structures.

Additional equipment expands the range of possibilities

Additional equipment of the boom with a lattice jib 7.5 meters long with the possibility of installation at an angle of 0 and 30 degrees relative to the boom allows for the largest service area and the size of the under-boom space. The transfer of the jib from the transport position to the working position and back is done manually without the use of additional lifting equipment.

Functionality and performance

Due to the large size of the support contour (4.9 x 5.8!!!), the crane can carry out work with loads in a 360-degree circular zone, which allows minimizing the number of rearrangements when working on site. Thus, the functionality and performance of this crane model on work sites significantly exceeds that of existing analogues.

For the convenience of working in cramped conditions, an operating mode is provided with the crane installed on supports with the outrigger beams retracted.

Load-bearing structures of optimal weight

The main supporting structures are welded from high-strength steel 10HSND, are as lightweight as possible, and have excellent rigidity characteristics.

The truck crane is equipped with a crane operator's cabin that meets the latest requirements for comfort and visibility: a compartment-type sliding door, a diesel heater, a fan, a folding rear hatch, and a convenient instrument panel.

The Galichanin KS-55713-5 truck crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tons on the KamAZ-43118 chassis is designed to perform loading and unloading and construction and installation work at dispersed sites with poor access roads. The crane installation is mounted on a three-axle special crane chassis of an all-terrain vehicle, model KamAZ-43118. A powerful chassis engine, single-ply wide-profile tires, a tire inflation system that allows you to change tire pressure on the fly depending on the road surface, the presence of inter-axle and inter-wheel locks on the chassis (including on all four wheels of the rear trolley at the same time) - all this is done by this crane indispensable when used in hard-to-reach places with poor road conditions, including in the construction of oil and gas pipelines and field development.

The drive of the crane installation is hydraulic from two axial piston hydraulic pumps, which are connected through cardan shafts to the power take-off on the base vehicle. Power is taken off from the chassis engine through the gearbox. All crane mechanisms have an individual drive with independent control from hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders.

The crane is equipped with hydraulic supports with retractable support beams, metal bearings of hydraulic supports and standard wooden pads to reduce the pressure of the bearings on the ground when installing the crane on outriggers in operating mode.

The hydraulic system makes it possible to easily and smoothly control crane mechanisms and outriggers in a wide range of speed control of working operations, and provides the ability to simultaneously combine several working operations.

A three-section telescopic boom with a length of 9.7 - 21.7 meters ensures compactness and maneuverability of the crane when moving, a wide area and a large lifting height of the load during operation.

The boom telescoping system includes two extension hydraulic cylinders, which ensures independent control of the extension and retraction of each of the two moving sections. The ability to telescope the boom with a load on the hook allows the crane to install loads in hard-to-reach places, carrying them among mounted structures.

Telescopic boom

The assembled boom length is 9.7 meters. This facilitates the maneuverability of special equipment during transportation. When extending two sections, the length of the boom increases to 21.7 meters.

If necessary, the lifting height of the load is increased by 9 meters using an extension. The jib is included as an optional extra.

The boom of the truck crane is equipped with two extension hydraulic cylinders that activate the telescoping system. Therefore, the driver controls the two moving sections independently of each other.
