Support crane beams are capable of lifting loads to a height of 6-18 meters. The structures, made to special order, can lift to a height of up to 36 meters. Suspended cranes lift loads from 6 to 36 meters.
The span is the operating area of the load-handling device. For supporting structures this value varies from 3 to 28.5 meters. According to their structure, crane beams can be single-span or double-span.
The speed of movement of the undercarriage is from 0.4 to 1 m/s for support ones, 0.3-0.5 m/s for suspended ones.
All types of lifting and transport equipment operate from an electrical network with a voltage of 380V with a frequency of 50 Hz. Power supply is provided via a flexible cable.
The currently produced beam cranes are adapted to work in harsh weather conditions - the performance of most models in the usual version is maintained in the temperature range from -20 to + 20 degrees.

According to modern rules and regulations in the field of industrial safety, a 10-ton support crane beam (a 10-ton support beam crane) is not subject to mandatory registration with Rostechnadzor. The design of the crane beam manufactured by the UniTrade enterprise fundamentally implies the presence of two end beams , on which wheels, axle boxes, shafts, gear motors, bumpers and housings of electrical control cabinets, as well as a crane bridge or span beam and hoist are installed ( electric hoist ).

The support crane beam produced by UniTrade is painted, most often, in golden yellow color. Primer enamel provides anti-corrosion protection for the crane placement category U1 (outdoors, in the open air, under direct exposure to sunlight).
The housings of the electrical cabinets of the crane-beam support are installed with a degree of protection of at least IP54. The tensioning station is made of galvanized elements.

Design features of the 10 t support unit
The base of the support unit, which is sold by the PTM company, is a load-bearing beam. It is fixed so that the plane is at an angle of 90 degrees to the floor surface. A controlled mechanism—a hoist—moves along the beam.
