The KS-35719 truck crane is in great demand. Its simple and reliable mechanism allows you to operate the crane without any problems. The drive of the KS-35719 truck crane is hydraulic; it is driven by an axial piston hydraulic pump. It, in turn, is launched into rotation from the engine of the base chassis through the transfer case and additional PTO.
The crane device has an individual drive with independent control from a hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic system of the crane provides smooth control of all mechanisms with a wide range of speed control for working operations. A similar device of the KS-35719 crane allows you to simultaneously perform various crane operations (lifting, lowering, turning).
The KS-35719 truck crane is equipped with hydraulic outriggers with retractable support beams.
As for the design of the boom of the KS-35719 truck crane, it is telescopic and consists of two sections. The boom length is 8-14 m, which gives the crane such advantages as compactness and maneuverability when moving, a large working area and a large height of cargo movement during operation.
To increase the service area and the size of the boom space, the KS-35719 truck crane can be equipped with a 7-meter lattice jib. In the transport position, the jib is rotated and fixed on the side of the crane boom. The transfer of the lattice superstructure from the transport position to the working position and back is carried out manually without the use of additional lifting mechanisms.
The safe operation of the KS-35719 truck crane is ensured by a complex of instruments and devices, including a microprocessor load limiter with electronic indication of operating parameters on the display in the operator’s cabin. The module automatically protects the KS-35719 crane from overload and capsizing. The truck crane is also equipped with a coordinate protection system, which is used for working in limited conditions. KS-35719 has a factory-integrated telemetric memory unit (“black box”) and a module for protecting a truck crane from hazardous voltage (MZON) for performing tasks near power lines.

The KS-35719-3 “Galichanin” truck crane is installed on a three-axle chassis of the all-terrain Ural-5557. The modification is equipped with systems for regulating tire pressure and locking wheel differentials. The tire inflation system makes it possible to change the pressure in the wheel chambers on the go depending on the road surface. This way you can increase the vehicle's ground clearance without stopping. The high maneuverability of the vehicle chassis makes it possible to use the KS-35719-3 “Galichanin” truck crane at sites located in hard-to-reach places with poor access conditions, for example, during the construction of oil and gas pipelines and field development. Good maneuverability and small dimensions of the KS-35719-3 truck crane also make it possible to operate it in the limited conditions of modern cities.
KS-35719-3 "Klintsy"
Like the previous modification, the KS-35719 Klintsy crane is installed on the Ural-5557 all-terrain chassis. The characteristics of the crane device and the vehicle base are absolutely identical. The differences between the KS-35719-3 “Klintsy” truck crane and the “Galichanin” are insignificant and are due to the fact that production was moved to another plant. There are no significant or any significant differences between the two modifications.
KS-35719-4 "Galician"
The KS-35719-4 “Galichanin” truck crane is another representative of the family of 15-ton cranes. This model is mounted on a ZIL-133G4 automobile chassis with a 6x4 wheel arrangement. Among the distinctive features of the crane, it is worth noting its compact size, ease of operation and maneuverability - ideal qualities for comfortable operation in dense urban areas.
KS-35719-5 "Klintsy"
The KS-35719-5 “Klintsy” crane is mounted on a MAZ-5337 automobile chassis with a 4x2 wheel arrangement. The base chassis is designed for use on public roads, so the KS-35719-5 truck crane is actively used within the city. It was taken over by utility and repair services, as well as construction companies. The ability to simultaneously perform different crane operations reduces the operating time of the KS-35719-5 truck crane and allows it to be used more efficiently to perform a variety of tasks.
Serial production of KS-35719-5 Klintsy truck cranes was carried out at the Klintsy truck crane plant for five years - from 2000 to 2005. During this time, many pieces of equipment were produced that are still in active use.
KS-35719-7 "Klintsy"
Another truck crane in the KS-35719 family – KS-35719-7 “Klintsy” – was mounted on a KamAZ-43118 truck chassis with a 6x6 wheel arrangement.
The all-terrain KamAZ-43118 has a powerful engine, single-ply tires with a wide profile, and is equipped with a tire inflation system, which makes it possible to change tire pressure on the go depending on the road surface. The KS-35719-1-02 truck crane has an increased lifting capacity compared to the basic modification - it is 16 tons. The crane device is mounted on a two-axle KamAZ-43253 automobile chassis with a 4x2 wheel arrangement.
An important difference between the base crane and KS-35719-1-02 is the boom design. This version has three sections. When folded, the length is 8 m, and when fully extended it reaches 18 m.
The increased boom length and increased working area while maintaining compact dimensions, maneuverability and ease of control make the KS-35719-1-02 “Klintsy” truck crane one of the most popular modifications of this crane model.
KS-35719-3-02 “Klintsy”
The KS-35719-3-02 truck crane with a lifting capacity of 16 tons is installed on the three-axle chassis of the Ural-5557 all-terrain vehicle with a 6x6 wheel arrangement. The car chassis is equipped with tire pressure regulation and wheel differential locking systems.
The KS-35719-3-02 truck crane is used for loading and unloading, construction and installation work at dispersed sites. The tire inflation system allows you to change the pressure in the wheel chambers on the go depending on the road surface, thereby increasing the vehicle's maneuverability. The high cross-country ability of the chassis allows the KS-35719-3-02 Klintsy crane to be used at sites that are located in hard-to-reach places, including the construction of oil and gas pipelines and quarrying. To increase the service area and the size of the underboom space, the KS-35719-3-02 crane can be equipped with a lattice jib. Its length is 7.5 m. The transfer of the jib from the transport position to the working position and back is carried out manually without the use of any lifting devices.
The KS-35719-3-02 truck crane is equipped with a driver’s cabin that meets current requirements for comfort and visibility. The standard package includes:
- compartment-type sliding door,
- sun blinds on the windshield and top windows,
- heater,
- fan,
- folding rear hatch.
Ease of control of crane operations on the KS-35719-3-02 truck crane is achieved due to the original arrangement of the control levers. KS-35719-7-02 “Klintsy”
Another truck crane in the family of 16-ton KS-35719 with a three-section boom - KS-35719-7-02 "Klintsy" - was mounted on a KamAZ-43118 automobile chassis with a 6x6 wheel arrangement.
The all-terrain KamAZ-43118 has a powerful engine, single-ply tires with a wide profile, and is equipped with a tire inflation system, which makes it possible to change tire pressure on the go depending on the road surface. An important difference between the base crane and KS-35719-8-02 is the boom design. This version has 3 sections. When folded, the length reaches 8 m, and when fully extended it is 18 m.
The increased boom length and increased working area while maintaining compact dimensions, maneuverability and ease of control make the KS-35719-8-02 “Klintsy” truck crane one of the most popular modifications of this crane model.
