Truck crane KS-55713. Technical characteristics, price and device

Truck crane Galichanin 25 tons based on KamAZ

The Galichanin truck crane 25 tons based on KamAZ is a truck-mounted jib crane that is used for construction, high-rise, utility and rescue work. The device has a load capacity of 25 tons. Mounted on the chassis of cars from the Kama Automobile Plant. Performs loading and unloading operations. The design is characterized by high maneuverability, maneuverability, and can be used in off-road conditions, during temperature changes, snowfalls and ice. The manufacturer cares about the quality of all components, so the cars are reliable for drivers and can easily be used on construction sites.

To solve large-scale problems, equipment of appropriate sizes is required. At the same time, it is often required to provide a given degree of mobility even within one small area. The KS-55713 truck crane copes with both tasks. It has a number of interesting features, and, importantly, over the entire period of production of such equipment it has acquired a whole range of modifications.

Construction of the KS-55713 truck crane

The peculiarity of this truck crane is that it is an autonomous device and is mounted on trucks, for example, MAZ, KAMAZ, URAL and similar models. Such cranes are controlled hydraulically, have a dedicated operator's cabin and are driven by a gear shift handle and power take-off levers. It is worth noting that the cabin has an optimal viewing angle for performing all available operations.

The design features allow the KS-55713 truck crane to be used in any conditions, including emergency conditions due to precipitation, decrease or increase in temperature. It is also undemanding to the road surface and can be used on rough terrain.

The KS-55713 truck crane can operate in automatic mode thanks to the presence of a microprocessor, which is equipped with a load limiter. This avoids overloading the device and causing it to tip over. Also, to ensure safety, it is equipped with a high voltage protection unit necessary for working near power lines. If necessary, the crane can be installed on supports

Truck crane KS-55713-1K KLINTSY 25 tons on KAMAZ-65115 chassis

The KS-55713-1K automobile jib crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tons is mounted on the chassis of a KamAZ-65115 vehicle.

It is unique in its load-height characteristics and is the only model among the 25-ton truck cranes produced by manufacturers with a circular work area.

Invariably enjoys particular popularity among consumers of Klintsy truck cranes. A large support contour (4.9x5.8), additional single-file configuration with variable tilt geometry, a reliable chassis, a circular work area, five operating modes, the ability to work in cramped conditions - all this makes this model functional, highly productive and, as a result, the most popular in the world. market.

Actuator drive

The crane installation is driven by an axial piston hydraulic pump, which is driven by the engine of the base vehicle through a gearbox and an additional power take-off.

The crane mechanisms have an individual drive with independent control from hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders.

The hydraulic system, based on imported components, allows for easy and smooth control of crane mechanisms with a wide range of speed control for working operations and the ability to simultaneously combine any crane operations.

Boom and telescoping system

A three-section telescopic boom with a length of 9-21 meters in the retracted position provides the crane with compactness and maneuverability when moving, and in the extended position it provides a wide working area and a large height for moving the load during operation.

The ability to telescope a boom with a load on a hook allows the crane to perform special tasks: installing loads in hard-to-reach places, carrying them among mounted structures.

Additional equipment expands the range of possibilities

Additional equipment of the boom with a lattice jib 7.5 meters long with the possibility of installation at an angle of 0 and 30 degrees relative to the boom allows for the largest service area and the size of the under-boom space. The transfer of the jib from the transport position to the working position and back is done manually without the use of additional lifting equipment.

Functionality and performance

Due to the large size of the support contour (4.9 x 5.8), the crane can carry out work with loads in a 360-degree circular zone, which allows minimizing the number of rearrangements when working on site. Thus, the functionality and performance of this crane model on work sites significantly exceeds that of existing analogues.

For the convenience of working in cramped conditions, an operating mode is provided with the crane installed on supports with the outrigger beams retracted.

Load-bearing structures of optimal weight

The main supporting structures are welded from high-strength steel 10HSND, are as lightweight as possible, and have excellent rigidity characteristics.

All welded joints are made using semi-automatic and automatic welding equipment from domestic and European manufacturers, which ensures the highest quality of seams, which is documented after ultrasonic testing.

Reliable operation of the truck crane is ensured by foreign-made components that do not require replacement or repair during the entire service life of the crane.

Model range of truck crane KS-55713

The list of variations of this model of truck crane is very large. The main criterion by which they can be classified is the wheel formula. Video about the KS-55713 truck crane

The Galichanin KS 55729-1V truck crane with a lifting capacity of 32 tons is equipped with a three-section hydraulic boom 30.2 m long, mounted on a chassis. The drive of the crane installation is hydraulic and is driven from the vehicle’s power take-off. The booms of this series of truck cranes are assembled in Germany from high-strength Weldox steel. The crane sections consist of two bent trough-shaped profiles, butt-welded, which reduces the weight of the booms and increases their strength. To improve the load-height characteristics, it is possible to equip the truck crane with an additional counterweight, which is transported on the crane itself and does not require additional accessories. The crane has the ability to telescope and work on retracted supports, which allows work to be done in hard-to-reach and cramped places

2. Fuel consumption standards for the operation of special equipment installed on vehicles

Special and specialized vehicles with equipment installed on them are divided into two groups:

— vehicles performing special work during the parking period (truck cranes, compressor, drilling rigs, etc.);

— vehicles that perform special work while moving (snow blowers, water washers, etc.).

Standard fuel consumption for special vehicles belonging to the first group is determined as follows:

Qн = (0.01 x Hsс x S + Нт x T) x (1 + 0.01 x D), where

Hsc is the individual linear rate of fuel consumption for the mileage of a special vehicle, l/100 km (in cases where a special vehicle is also intended to transport cargo, the individual linear rate is calculated taking into account the performance of transport work Hsc' = Hsc + Hw x W);

Nt - fuel consumption rate for the operation of special equipment, l/hour or liters for the operation performed (filling the tank, etc.);

S—vehicle mileage, km;

T—equipment operating time, hour or number of operations performed;

D - total relative increase or decrease to the norm, percentage (when operating equipment, only allowances for work in winter and in mountainous areas are applied).

Standard fuel consumption for special vehicles performing work while moving is determined as follows:

Qн = 0.01 x (Hsс x S' + Hs» x S") x (1 + 0.01 x D) + Hsd x N, where

Hsc - individual linear fuel consumption rate for the mileage of a special vehicle, l/100 km;

S' — mileage of the special vehicle to the place of work and back, km;

Hs" - fuel consumption rate for mileage when performing special work while moving, l/100 km;

S"—vehicle mileage when performing special work while moving, km;

Hsd - additional fuel consumption rate for spreading sand or mixture per body, l;

N is the number of bodies of scattered sand or mixture per shift.

For cars on which special equipment is installed, linear fuel consumption rates for mileage (for movement) are established based on linear fuel consumption rates developed for basic car models, taking into account changes in the weight of the special vehicle.

The fuel consumption standards for special vehicles are given below. <*>

<*> - Temporarily, until January 1, 1996, the norms for fuel consumption for mileage and operation of special and specialized vehicles for the maintenance and repair of city roads (sweeping, watering, plunger-brush snow blowers, sand-chloride spreaders, snow loaders, silt suckers, universal cleaning machines, snow blowers, machines for cleaning sewer networks, machines for routine repair of road and sidewalk surfaces of the MTRDT type, asphalt heaters, machines for sealing cracks in road surfaces, garbage trucks) are determined according to linear standards approved by Order No. 38 of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services (now the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Ministry of Construction Russian Federation) dated January 21, 1986.

(as amended by the Instructional Letter of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated February 13, 1995 N LSh-1/52)

Advantages and disadvantages

Advantages of the crane 55713-3, 55713-1V Galichanin and other modifications:

  1. High level of reliability and safety.
  2. Planetary gearboxes with disc brake mechanism for lifting loads. This type of gearbox makes it possible to increase productivity and operating time.
  3. KamAZ 43118, 64115 chassis, which provides high maneuverability.
  4. Low fuel consumption.
  5. High level of lifting properties of equipment.

The disadvantages include:

  1. Load limiter. This mechanism requires a lot of time to maintain.
  2. Hydraulic winch motor. It quickly fails, oil begins to flow along the shaft, and the regulator on the accelerator jams.

Price and reviews

Rental and purchase price:

  • new model - from RUB 6,500,000;
  • used model - from RUB 2,200,000;
  • rent - from 10,000 rub. per shift.

Bogdan, 48 years old, Vladivostok: “I’ve been working on this truck crane for 10 years. Among the features of the technology, I can note that the sections are extended using a hydraulic cylinder. The drive here is hydraulic, powered by a pump.”

Denis, 51 years old, Kursk: “The equipment is good, but expensive to maintain. The telescopic boom is durable and made of steel. I have been working on this crane for 7 years. All the main components are functioning without failure, there were minor problems with the gearbox, the bearings needed to be replaced.”

Advantages and disadvantages of technology

Among the key advantages of the models are:

  1. Long crane boom length, which allows you to lift loads to the desired height.
  2. High load capacity, which ensures the possibility of loading and unloading operations of any volume.
  3. The technical characteristics of the Galician 25 ton truck crane meet all modern standards and requirements.
  4. The high telescoping speed of the boom allows construction, installation, and loading and unloading work to be carried out as quickly and easily as possible.
  5. The chassis is characterized by increased maneuverability, thanks to which the design can be used even in off-road conditions.
  6. Increased load-bearing capacity.
  7. Increased wear resistance and durability of equipment.

As for the disadvantages, this is, first of all, the cost, so this equipment is best rented. Renting a truck crane will cost much less than purchasing it and further maintaining it, carrying out repair work, as well as conducting regular preventive inspections and paying salaries to drivers and operators.

The GALICHANIN truck crane with a lifting capacity of 50 tons moves without special permits and dismantling of components

Every season, specialists from the Galich Truck Crane Plant present to the market new and modernized models of GALICHANIN truck cranes, which are quickly gaining popularity and becoming leading in their load-carrying class. Let's remember the first 50-ton trucks with a boom length of 34.1 m, which ousted European analogues from the domestic market. Or a line of truck cranes with a lifting capacity of 60, 70, 80 and 100 tons, the creation of which was pioneered by specialists from the Galich Truck Crane Plant. Moreover, truck cranes on spar truck chassis have been launched into production - more affordable and repairable compared to special chassis. We also note the innovative PIONEER series truck cranes with a lifting capacity of 35 tons. Technologies for manufacturing metal structures have brought truck cranes to the top in terms of lifting, transport and consumer characteristics in their segment.

We present to your attention a truck crane with a lifting capacity of 50 tons of the TAXI series with a five-section boom 40.0 m long. The minimum configuration of a truck crane does not exceed the standard indicators for dimensions and loads on the road surface, according to RF Regulation No. 2200 dated December 21, 2020. No restrictions, no fines, no low-loading trailers and no dismantling of components - the truck crane moves independently and passes weight control!
