In fact, this lubricant turned out to be a scarce commodity, and as soon as I was offered 3ton, I immediately bought it. Although I’ll still change it to a more worthy option later.

The lubricant was produced in Russia in the Moscow region.

In fact, this company is not bad in terms of car care cosmetics, but I would not buy it for lubricating equipment.

Since the trimmer was practically without lubrication, I decided to take a chance.

By the way, this lubricant can be used for gearboxes of motorized drills, i.e. it is capable of operating at both high and low speeds.

The price is still too high because... for 200-250 rubles you can purchase high-quality lubricant from a reputable manufacturer.

Let's move on to printing and use.

By the way, each trimmer brand focuses on its own brands of oils and lubricants. This is done specifically to sell their products. In fact, you can use any brand of lubricant. The main thing is that they fit within the tolerances.

I wasn’t too lazy and found an old lubricant from a well-known brand. In my opinion, this is the best option for the operation of the mechanism. In other words, the superiority of one lubricant over another is even visually visible.

In the case of 3Ton, there was something inside that strongly resembled CV joint grease interspersed with graphite. Even the smell is the same. Of course, I didn’t do chemo. analysis, but with 98% probability I can say that inside the tube there is ordinary lubricant for angular velocity joints.

As a result, we are convinced that we overpaid even more because... A CV joint costs just a penny.

The lubricant is pumped conveniently due to the conical shape of the nozzle.

The lubrication procedure is simple. We fill the lubricant, rotate the shaft and fill it with more. When the gearbox is removed, grease may ooze out from the back side. This is not even bad because... In this way we displace the oxygen plug from the gearbox.

What's the result?

Initially, I mowed 12 acres. The lubricant in the gearbox did not leak and remained almost at the same level. The only thing is the gearbox is noisy. I can’t say for sure whether this is due to low-quality lubricant or manufacturing flaws (the braid is new).

By and large, this is an ordinary “graphite” and there is no point in overpaying for it.

I am using it as a temporary option and will soon replace it with a more worthy sample.

If this lubricant had a price of 80 rubles, then I could recommend it, but for 250 it makes no sense to buy a regular graphite lubricant. Therefore, 3ton is good as a car cosmetic product. For lubricants and oils, I would prefer something else.
