The PKU universal loader is designed for installation on the front of MTZ 80/82 or 1221 wheeled agricultural tractors equipped with a hydraulic system. The equipment is used for loading various cargo into trailers, moving materials inside warehouses, and also for cleaning roads or livestock farms.

Specifications
The lifting device consists of 2 panels and a connecting beam, mounted on the side members of the tractor's front subframe. Additionally, the design includes an unloading device mounted on the rear axle axle shaft. Hydraulic cylinders and a lifting frame are hingedly mounted on the panels. There is also a mechanism for changing the position of the working bodies, which includes rods and control cylinders.
Welded panels are assembled from posts and beams and connected to each other by a transverse pipe. The panels have brackets for attaching various components of the loader (rods, cylinders, etc.). There are 3 holes on the surface necessary for connecting the unloading device rod and the blade mounting brackets. The headlights are removed from the tractor and mounted on a special bar.
A beam is attached to the panels, inside of which hydraulic lines are laid. A retardation valve is installed in the pipeline, ensuring a smooth change in the position of the lift frame. There is also a safety valve adjusted to a pressure of 10 MPa. When the threshold is exceeded, oil is supplied directly from the discharge line to the drain circuit.

The unloading device is located on the right and left and consists of an adjusting threaded fork and a rod. The design provides the necessary tension of the rod. The lifting frame consists of hollow booms reinforced with a cross member. The ends of the boom are equipped with bushings for attaching the unit to the suspension panels and mounting equipment. There are additional attachment points for the mechanism used to adjust the position of the working element. Hydraulic lines are laid on the outer surface of the boom.
A universal PKU-0.8-0 loader mounted on a tractor worsens the stability of the machine, which is compensated by installing counterweights. The parts are placed on the car frame at the front and rear, adding additional load to the wheels and improving traction. A bucket filled with ballast weight is used as a counterweight. The total weight of the unit is 800 kg.
The hydraulic system consists of 4 cylinders exerting a 2-way force action. The lifting frame control units are equipped with locking elements that ensure the equipment is locked in the required position. Additional 2 cylinders have a reduced stroke and are designed to change the angle of position of mounted tools. An arrow pointer is used to control the installation of components.
The PKU-0.8-0 loader is supplied with various replaceable working parts; the range of components is determined by customer requirements:
- small-sized bucket for mineral fertilizers and sand with a capacity of 0.35 m³;
- bucket of increased volume (up to 0.5 m³) with teeth;
- rake grid designed for working with straw and hay;
- special buckets with a capacity of 0.8-1.5 m³, used for loading materials with low density;

- jaw bucket, allowing for light leveling work;
- log gripper;
