LUX CAB
The convenience of the workplace directly affects the operator’s work efficiency, because he spends up to 12 hours a day at the workplace in difficult conditions. Having studied the wishes of farmers working in a variety of fields, Gomselmash created a comfortable new generation LUX CAB cabin, in which special attention was paid to the ergonomics of the workplace and the interior.
To improve operator productivity and reduce operator fatigue, the LUX CAB features a multi-adjustable air suspension seat, as well as a new steering column and steering wheel. All this allows the operator to set a comfortable working position and achieve maximum results throughout the entire shift.
Simplicity, ease of use and optimal combine settings are also ensured by the U-PAD monoblock combine control panel, a modern MULTI GRIP joystick, an on-board computer with a color screen and a USB connector for connecting external devices.
The HARVEST OFFICE on-board computer information system gives you the opportunity to simultaneously control the combine and monitor in real time the state of its main functional units, monitor the working parts, engine, transmission, progress of work and service operations, and also inform you about the presence of warning and emergency situations.
To facilitate and increase the efficiency of your work, the combine is equipped with the CROP PRESET system, which allows you to automatically adjust the working parts of the combine (threshing drum speed, concave clearance, fan speed, clearances of the upper and lower sieves) when changing crops.
The powerful LED VISION system provides excellent visibility when working in the dark. Also in the LUX CAB, the location of the side mirrors has become more convenient.
Universal feeding system
The GS10 PRO combine features a feeder house using three high-quality structural chains. Thanks to the feeder chamber width of 1500 mm and the simple design of the conveyor, you get a confident and uninterrupted start of the crop mass and the ability to work with minimal downtime during the most difficult harvesting period.
Harvesting difficult grains will not be a problem, because the hydro-reverse function allows you to harvest in a short time, saving time on cleaning the feeder chamber and adapter. The use of a hydraulic motor in the feeder chamber design ensures stepless reversal of the conveyor, significantly reducing the time required to complete this operation.
The simple and reliable spring tension mechanism provides constant tension force under different cleaning conditions, concentrating your attention on more important cleaning steps.
The multifunctional connector for connecting adapters reduces the time of their aggregation and makes this process less labor-intensive.
Large drum – efficient and gentle threshing
The basis of the GS10 PRO combine is the classic threshing and separation system, which has repeatedly proven its effectiveness on any agricultural background and harvested crops.
This scheme, in addition to enviable technological reliability, ensures versatility of use and ease of maintenance. The largest drum size in its class (diameter 800 mm) and deck make it possible to significantly soften the threshing mode without reducing the degree of threshing. The concave clearance required for optimal threshing is adjusted by an electric mechanism controlled from the cab.
The DRUM-FLOW system fully demonstrates its performance when working on difficult breads (high straw content, contamination, humidity). Also, this threshing system allows you to do without additional dust removal devices. This is achieved due to minimal air flows created by one threshing drum, which minimizes dust formation in the working area of the header. This technology increases reliability without extra financial costs.
The GS10 PRO combine is ready to help you even in harvesting the most difficult grains, and to make this process as efficient as possible, the combine is equipped with a DRUM RESET device. This device allows you to quickly and effectively remove the resulting blockage without stopping the threshing drum. The DRUM RESET function is activated by the pedal on the right under the chair. This operation will only take you a few seconds.
After threshing, the straw flows evenly through the straw walker, which is open at the bottom, ensuring reliable separation of almost all the residual grain. Thanks to the finger grid of the shaking board, the grain heap is pre-distributed into two layers, which are evenly supplied to the cleaning sieves. This system allows even large volumes of straw to be processed quickly and easily.
The presence of a relatively small number of parts in a combine can reduce maintenance time and increase its maintainability without compromising the quality of the technological process.
A sieve mill with an impressive area, three cleaning cascades, a powerful fan with uniform distribution of air flow over the sieves - this cleaning system satisfies the highest requirements for the purity of the resulting grain.
The presence of seven cascades with an optimal height difference on each of the five straw walker keys and a large amplitude of the counter movement of the keys improve the separation of grain from the straw heap, maintain stable productivity and reduce losses.
Optimal unloading
A bunker with a volume of 7,000 liters is optimally suited for medium-sized farms with field yields of 25-40 c/ha.
Emptying a full bin without damaging the grain occurs in less than 2.5 minutes thanks to an unloading speed of 50 l/s. Using the STICK CONTROL function, you can remove grain with high humidity, thereby reducing the downtime of your equipment.
The height and length of the auger reach make unloading grain into vehicles convenient, even on combines with headers with a working width of 9 meters.
The required grinding results without complications
The time-tested straw chopper OPTI-CUT 80 with an optimal number of knives of 80 units ensures consistently high quality of chopping and scattering of the non-grain part of the crop without the use of additional functions.
The use of a molded balancing disk and a floating bearing support increases the reliability of the straw chopper, reduces axial stress and thereby increases the service life of the bearings, saving you time and money.
Additional benefits
