Hydraulic suspension system

Separate-aggregate hydraulic attachments of the tractor provide all types of regulation of the working position of mounted machines operating in the unit. It also has the function of damping vibration and vibration of attached equipment in the transport position. To connect the hydraulic system with remote hydraulic units used with the tractor, four pairs of free terminals are installed.

Waterworks

The pressure potential for system operation is created by a variable displacement pump (Model A10NC045/52R-XRC07H503D-S1958) with volumetric flow at a nominal diesel crankshaft speed of -115 l/min. Steering

The power steering is equipped with a gerotor pump with a capacity of 315 cm³/rev. The pressure for the system to operate is provided by a left-hand rotation gear pump - NSh20. Direct rotation of the steered wheels is carried out by two double-acting hydraulic cylinders - Ts 63X250 in the steering linkage.

The steering wheel is adjustable: height within 100 mm; The angle of inclination is adjusted in stages - in four positions in increments of 5°, ranging from 25° to 40°.

Tractors with a reversing post are equipped with an additional steering column with a separate similar metering pump. The reverse steering mode is activated by switching the valve in the line of a separate hydraulic system of the power steering system.
