Rotational bus 20 UST 54535 Ural 4320-1151-61

Convenience, comfort and practicality

The rotation bus is designed to transport a team of 20 people in a van. The salon is equipped with double seats with seat belts . On one side, the seats are attached to the wall of the rotation bus, and on the other, to the floor through a support leg, which frees up space under the seats and makes cleaning the interior easier. A wide cushion and a special anatomical shape of the seat backs with an integrated headrest help reduce passenger fatigue. The seat upholstery is made of frost-resistant material - artificial leather, and is highly durable and practical. The watchhouse is also equipped with a modern emergency ventilation hatch for greater ventilation of the room and the safety of passengers. The van uses only high-quality automotive accessories from leading European manufacturers. The windows are made using double sealed double-glazed glass from safety glass with a 60 mm thick seal. Four windows (two on each side) of the rotation bus are equipped with vents . All interior windows are equipped with sun blinds . The floor of the rotation bus is made of waterproof bakelized plywood with insulation with high-density polystyrene foam 30 mm thick and a high-strength multi-layer polymer coating on a technical textile base with an anti-slip effect. This floor design provides excellent thermal insulation and guarantees the service life of the floor for the entire life of the vehicle. The cutting of the floor covering is designed for the smallest number of joints. All connections of the floor covering to the walls are made without joints with a smooth transition to the wall, which provides excellent waterproofing and ease of cleaning the interior. The walls and ceiling of the van are insulated with 60 mm thick extruded polystyrene XPS foam. When attaching the inner lining to the frame, a 20 mm thick thermal insulator is used, which allows for better thermal insulation.

The internal lining is made of high-quality automotive PVC plastic. This finish is the most practical, since plastic is not subject to changes in temperature and humidity, almost any dirt can be easily removed from it, and minor mechanical damage does not spoil the appearance. Taking into account the special requirements for the operation of rotational buses on the chassis of an all-terrain vehicle, a folding staircase for entering and exiting passengers has been developed, which ensures minimal protrusion on the van and ease of operation.

Heating system of a rotation bus

The UralSpetsTrans rotation bus is equipped with two independent interior heating circuits . In case of failure of the main circuit, the additional circuit operates autonomously.

The main heating circuit is located on the left side (in the direction of travel) and is powered by the car's engine cooling system. The circuit is equipped with two heating radiators at different ends of the cabin. An additional heating circuit is located on the starboard side (in the direction of travel) and is powered by an autonomous air heater running on diesel fuel with a power of 5 kW. The heater is controlled by an automatic electronic unit located in the bus interior (it is possible to install a control unit in the driver's cabin).

Organization of on-board electrical network

The vehicle's electrical system is designed to use
an on-board power source. The 24V DC voltage is supplied from the base vehicle electrical circuit. The rotational bus is equipped with the required number of lamps: dust- and moisture-proof fluorescent lamps are usually used. The car is equipped with a cabin-lounge intercom .

Fire tankers based on the Urals: types, parameters, use

High cross-country ability is the main feature of vehicles based on the URAL chassis. This is possible thanks to single wheels, characterized by a high level of ground clearance (40 cm), a balanced suspension of the rear axles, the use of an air pressure regulation system in tires, modern lugs, frames that are made from special grades of steel, as well as multi-stage transmissions that have inter-wheel locks. and center differentials.

Any trucks, including URAL fire tankers, are capable of overcoming ditches up to 1.2 m wide, virgin snow 1 m deep, inclines up to 31 degrees and slopes up to 22 degrees, as well as vertical walls high up to 55 cm. Thanks to the presence of a sealing system for all elements of the car, it is possible to force reservoirs up to 1.75 m deep.

The URAL 4320 chassis is a long wheelbase chassis with three axles. Its wheel formula is 6x6.

This chassis is a good option for installing large-sized fire extinguishing equipment, tanks, and special units. The Ural firefighter on this chassis has the ability to operate on all types of road surfaces and terrain.

This chassis has real “advantages” when compared with other cars. It is capable of overcoming 58-degree climbs, ditches, sandy areas, swamps, and ditches. The Ural fire truck on such a chassis is capable of driving through water obstacles, as well as snow drifts.

Due to the large mounting base (up to 6 m), a tank designed for 8 tons of water, as well as a fire superstructure, is usually installed on this chassis. At the same time, the total installation length of the equipment on the URAL chassis is from 3 to 6 meters. It all depends on the type of cab and the location of the spare wheel mount.

In addition to regular cabins, this fire truck chassis can be equipped with larger ones, distinguished by the presence of a berth, as well as paired double cabins for transporting combat crews, accompanying persons or technical specialists.

The Ural 43206 chassis with a short wheelbase is a vehicle with two axles and a 4x4 wheel arrangement. It can be modified with a lifting capacity of up to 5.5 tons and a permissible payload of 4.2 tons.

This chassis can be used to mount a container for water or mixture for extinguishing fires up to 4 thousand liters, as well as additional fire-fighting equipment. This Ural fire truck chassis is designed for driving on all types of road surfaces.

The fire ATs based on URAL-43206 is a lightweight off-road vehicle. At the same time, it is completely unified with three-axle modifications of machines at all units. Following the example of all off-road car modifications, this short-wheelbase chassis is capable of overcoming any off-road conditions. That is why manufacturers of special fire extinguishing equipment turned their attention to it.

"URAL" 5557 is an all-wheel drive chassis with a 6x6 wheel arrangement. It differs from the aforementioned URAL-4320 chassis by wide, low-profile tires with adjustable inflation. This allows you to improve the off-road performance of the car. This is especially true for sandy, swampy and soft soils, as well as virgin snow in the northern regions of the country.

This URAL fire truck can be equipped with a variety of firefighting equipment from a special installation. This chassis is designed for driving on all types of terrain and road surfaces.

The installation length of the base is more than 4 meters. Therefore, firefighting equipment and superstructure are perfectly installed on the fire fighting center on this chassis. Moreover, superstructures can be of various installation sizes - from 3 to 4.5 meters. It all depends on the type of cabin and where the spare wheel is mounted. It is possible to install an additional cabin.

Such a fire fighting tanker "URAL" usually has a 5-6 ton water tank, a 0.5 ton foam tank, an NPC 40 or 60 fire pump and feels great on rough terrain. The firefighting tanker truck (AT) "Ural" has increased cross-country ability and is suitable for effective work in rural and rugged terrain.
