Advantages of the KS-65713-1 “Galichanin” truck crane
The Galicianin truck crane has the following advantages:

Crane drive
The crane installation is driven using axial piston hydraulic pumps.
The crane mechanisms have an individual drive with independent control from hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic system of the crane installation ensures smooth control of all mechanisms with a wide range of speed control for working operations. It is possible to simultaneously combine up to three work operations.
Design and characteristics of the crane boom and support circuit
The assembly of booms of automobile cranes of the KS-65713 series is carried out on a specialized high-tech line from TADANO. The metal structures of the boom are completely manufactured in Germany using the most modern technologies using high-strength imported WELDOX steel.
Other critical components of the crane installation and support frame are also made using high-strength steels. The length of the boom in the retracted position is 11.5 m, which ensures the crane's compactness and maneuverability when moving. When all four sections are fully extended, the length of the boom is 34.1 m, which ensures a wide working area and the greatest height of load movement during operation.
The ability to telescope the boom with a load on the hook allows the crane to perform special tasks:
- install loads in hard-to-reach places,
- carry them among mounted structures.
For the convenience of working in cramped conditions, a mode for working with loads is provided with the installation of the crane on supports with the outrigger beams retracted. The maximum size of the support contour is 7x7. This is achieved through the use of outrigger structures with folding support beams.
Thanks to this solution, the crane is able to carry out work with loads in a 360-degree circular zone and, as a result, the number of rearrangements when working on site is minimized.
Using the telescopic jib
Additional equipment of the boom is a telescopic jib with a total length of 15.1 m:
- 9.1 m - stationary part,
- 6.0 m - telescoping part.
The jib can be installed at an angle of 0 and 30 degrees relative to the longitudinal axis of the boom. This expands the scope of use of the crane, the area of its service area and the size of the boom space.
Application of counterweights
The use of additional removable counterweights with a total weight of 6.0 tons during operation makes it possible to significantly increase the load characteristics of the crane at medium and long ranges. And, this provides the best performance among similar cranes of this size group. Installation of jib and additional counterweights into the working position is carried out without the use of additional lifting equipment and human resources.
Truck crane KS-65713-1: ensuring reliability and safe operation
Planetary type gearboxes for lifting and slewing cranes with disc brakes. This solution meets modern requirements for lifting machines.
