Explanation of the right side of the shield

To the right are indicator lamps on the MAZ panel, reflecting:

  • Pressure drop in brake circuits;
  • Battery charge level;
  • Reduced oil pressure in the engine;
  • Insufficient coolant level;
  • Turning on the cross-axle differential lock;
  • Oil filter contamination;
  • Conditions of ABS on the trailer;
  • Functioning of EDC;
  • Starting glow plugs;
  • The oil level reaches the emergency mark;
  • Diagnostic mode of PBS and ABS;
  • ABS control;
  • Air filter contamination;
  • Fluid level in the power steering system;
  • Emergency temperature increase in the cooling motor system.

Decoding the MAZ Zubrenok dashboard lamps also includes the values displayed on the right side of the panel. Here are the switches for the fan in the cabin, light, differential lock and engine illumination.

On the same part there are switches for the rear fog lamp, heated mirrors, ABS, TEMPOSET, and PBS operating modes.

Below there is a rheostat for the instrument lighting, a key for turning on the alarm, a battery switch and a thermostat that controls the heater (if such a unit is installed).

MAZ warning lamps, as well as instrument panels, are easy to find in the catalog. We guarantee fast delivery, affordable prices and the best quality spare parts.

MAZ-203. LCD display symbols and indicator lamps

Information, warning or emergency symbols are displayed on the display (Table 2.1). In this case, if the emergency symbol is displayed, then the “STOP” 2 indicator (Fig. 2.4) lights up at the same time (on the instrument panels manufactured by Eurozhgut-M LLC there is a red emergency symbol) and the buzzer sounds (further movement is prohibited until the cause of the malfunction is eliminated). If a warning symbol is displayed, then at the same time the “Attention” indicator 3 lights up (on the instrument panels manufactured by Eurozhgut-M LLC there is an orange warning symbol) (driving is permitted, but the cause of the indicator light must be eliminated as soon as possible). The symbols are displayed in additional display area 8 in random order.

Below is a description of a bus with an instrument panel manufactured by Agat-Electromechanical Plant OJSC.

The purpose of the indicator lamps and symbols on the LCD display is given in Table 2.1.

Cabin and body

The modern driver's workplace is equipped with everything necessary. In general, the cabin is equipped with such elements as splash protection, an independent air-type stove, a radio and air conditioning. Among the special amenities in the cabin, we note the presence of comfortable seats, which are also heated. The seats are adjusted, as usual, in three modes: height, reach and backrest angle. Already the basic configuration of the MAZ-6312 has a seat shock absorption system.

Despite the large dimensions of the vehicle, driving and maneuvering it is reduced to minimal labor costs. This may be partly due to the power steering, as well as other systems that make life easier for both the driver and the repairman. The spaciousness inside the cabin allows both the driver and passengers to feel comfortable inside. In addition to the spaciousness of the cabin itself, the sleeping places are quite large, of which, by the way, there are two.

The instrument panel is located so that the driver does not have to stretch. Functional buttons are located on the panel, which is located to the right of the driver, under the dashboard. The problem of many predecessors of this model – noise insulation – was also solved. In the MAZ-6312, it becomes immediately noticeable that the cabin is well insulated not only from noise, but is also protected from dust, moisture and the effects of thermal factors.

The following devices are also available in the truck:

  • Brake system with ABS;
  • ASR – traction control system;
  • Bead and axle load control system;
  • Cruise control;
  • Mirrors equipped with electric drive;
  • Digital tomograph and voltage converter.

The body can be of different types. Isometric platforms are used to transport products that are not suitable for high temperatures. It is also possible to transport containers of various types, thanks to the open platform. The body structure of channel and metal sheets is intended for the transportation of grain. The only complaint is the high loading height, which creates some inconvenience. We need to give credit to the designers. The appearance is minimalistic and dignified, which makes one mistake the Belarusian MAZ for a European truck.
